Tenure-track junior professor positions (chaires de professeur junior, CPJ) were introduced by the French loi de programmation de la recherche (LPR). Through these contracts, successful candidates can be awarded tenure as professors or research directors after a 3 to 6 year-period.

Recruitment Timeline

From 23rd June to 29th August 2025, 4:00pm: Candidates apply on Odyssée
From 8th September to 10th October 2025: Selection committees meet and interview shortlisted candidates
13th October 2025: Results
1st December 2025: Start of contract
