Purpose of the processing
Purposes
The UGA processes your personal data as part of its staff recruitment activities and for the following purposes
- Receipt of unsolicited or unsolicited applications (CVs, etc.);
- Management of the suitability of profiles for the position concerned and selection of relevant profiles;
- Qualification of applications and sharing with the institution's internal recruitment officers;
- Correspondence with candidates (progress of the process, hiring, rejection of the application, etc.);
- Reporting and statistics;
- Retention of applications within the legal time limits
- Legal basis for processing personal data
The UGA processes your personal data on the basis of its legitimate interest for recruitment purposes.

Data processed
When you apply for a job, the UGA collects the following personal data:
- Civil status data (title, name, contact details),
- Professional data from your curriculum vitae - your salary,
- Connection data
Duration of data storage
Your personal data is kept for the legal retention periods or for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
According to the recommendations of the CNIL, in the event of an unsuccessful application, your file will be kept for 2 years from the date of receipt of the application. During this period, the UGA may contact you again in the event that your profile is suitable for a new job offer, if you have given your consent.

Recipients of the data
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to the institution's internal recruiters, the DGHR, and the subcontractor in the context of the service provided by the Talentlink recruitment tool.
Exercise of rights
Under certain conditions, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access ;
- Right of rectification;
- Right to erasure;
- Right to limitation of processing;
- Right to object.
