Hiring process for teaching faculty

To apply

  • Search for a job offer on the UGA careers website
  • Click on “Apply”
  • Upload your CV to pre-fill your information
  • Check your information and attach your cover letter
  • Upload a copy of your highest qualification


  • Your application will be subjected to an initial review based on administrative documents
  • It will then be forwarded to the recruitment committee, comprised of at least 4 people

Application review and interviews

  • A list of candidates selected for interview is drawn up
  • If you are preselected, you will receive an email inviting you for an interview
  • A face-to-face or remote interview will then be organized


The institution will inform you as soon as possible if you have been selected for the position. All information regarding the job offer will be sent to you by email. Recruitment details will then need to be completed for administrative and financial purposes.
