Recruitment Process for Fixed-term Contract Faculty Members

Application process

  • Go to Job offers,
  • Once you have found an interesting offer, click the Apply button (at the beginning and at the end of every job description),
  • Upload your CV to pre-fill your information,
  • Check your profile information and upload your cover letter,
  • Upload a copy of your highest diploma and a valid identity document.

Preselection

  • We first review applications based on administrative documents.
  • Then, we forward them to the recruitment committee, which is composed of at least 4 people.

Application review by recruitment committee

  • The recruitment committee reviews applications and draws up a list of applicants to be interviewed.
  • Applicants receive an interview invitation by email.
  • Interviews take place either on-site or remotely.

Decision

  • Successful applicants are contacted by email and sent information regarding the job, such as salary and contract dates. Then, we send them a recruitment file to be completed.
