Hiring process for non-teaching staff


  • Go to the Université Grenoble Alpes job site to search for job vacancies
  • Click on “Apply”
  • Upload your CV to pre-fill your information
  • Check your information and attach your cover letter


  • Your candidature will be carefully examined on the basis of your skills and recruitment needs.
  • If you are selected, you will first be contacted by telephone, and will then receive an email inviting you for an interview.

Interviews and tests

  • A face-to-face or remote interview will then be organized with at least the department manager and a recruitment officer.
  • Tests of various kinds are likely to be included for executive positions.


  • You will be informed by telephone if you have been selected for the position. You will then receive an email with all the information relating to your recruitment (confirmation of engagement and recruitment forms to be completed for administrative and financial purposes).
  • In the event of a negative decision, you will receive an email from the HR manager.
