Your mission

Within the Computer Science Department, with a statutory workload of 144 hours, you will have to provide face-to-face teaching on the fundamentals of Computer Science in one or more of the following areas:

  • Design (UML) and programming (Java, PHP, etc.)
  • Databases (SQL, data warehousing)

You may also be asked to teach specialized subjects (virtualization, etc.) depending on your profile.

You will also need to conduct research at the Grenoble Computer Science Laboratory.

Main activities

You will also be required to:

  • Prepare computer science lessons
  • Mark continuous assessments and exams, and participate in examination boards and teaching meetings
  • Teach (lectures/tutorials/practicals)
  • Monitor learning and assessment situations (SAÉ)
  • Supervise internships
  • Integrate into the teaching team of the Computer Science department: attend general meetings and departmental councils, engage in auxiliary tasks such as orientation days and back-to-school days, open houses, recruitment, etc.

Preferred qualifications

You are expected to have the following skills:

  • Computer science design and development
  • Data management
  • Proven proficiency in French, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in teaching computer science
  • Proficiency in computer science concepts and “classic” languages (Java, SQL, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of digital educational engineering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to comply with and apply knowledge assessment methods.
  • Ability to use office automation tools, educational platforms (particularly Chamilo), or applications and tools for educational video conferences
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Starting at €2196 gross per month, depending on experience.
In addition to your salary, you will receive a monthly allowance of €105 gros
